Responsibilities:
  • Engage in, and improve, the Sales Operations processes within the Bookings to Commissions flow including the interfaces between these processes and external data sources
    • Account Master Management
    • Mergers & Acquisitions Management
    • Global Split System (GSS) Management
    • Quota Distribution
    • Quota Credit Reporting
    • Exception Pay and SPIF Research
  • Participate in cross-functional teams required to implement process improvements
    • Assist in setting priorities for resources across teams to achieve objectives
    • Complete tasks assigned on time with high quality
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability
Position Requirements:
Position requires an Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business preferred. A minimum of two years of work experience is required preferably in Sales Operations, but experience in any operations related role will be acceptable. The ideal candidate has experience in Salesforce.com and is highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). Knowledge of, or experience with, Anaplan and/or IBM TM1 is a plus. Ability to read, understand and report on details of complex sales contracts is required. Experience working on cross-functional teams is desired. Strong communication / presentation, and process improvement skills are a must. Occasional domestic travel is required for this position.
